This policy explains what personal data Vitality Plus (vitalityplus.pro/) collects, why, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect and why
Website statistics (Google Analytics 4)
If you accept statistics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to see how visitors use the site: pages viewed, country, device type and how you arrived. We use this to decide what to write and what to improve. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can change your choice at any time in the cookie settings.
Email sign-ups (Kit)
When you sign up for the free Weekly Reset sheet, we collect your email address, and your first name if you give it. Kit (kit.com) stores our list and sends our emails. We use your address to send the sheet and occasional new resets. Legal basis: your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link; after you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you and delete your address from our list.
Purchases (Payhip)
Printables are sold through Payhip, which handles checkout and payment. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can deliver your purchase and keep tax records. We never see your full card details. Legal basis: performing our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). Order records are kept for as long as Hungarian tax and accounting law requires.
Emails you send us
If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and keep the conversation for up to 12 months afterwards.
Server logs (Hostinger)
Our host, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) for security and to keep the site running. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working site (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Affiliate links and ads
When you click an affiliate link (for example, to Amazon), that site may set its own cookies to record the referral. If this site starts showing ads, ad partners will use cookies only with your consent, and we will update this policy first.

Some of these companies process data outside the EU, for example in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Only strictly necessary cookies are set without your consent. Statistics and marketing cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@vitalityplus.pro; we reply within one month.
You can also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority, the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH, naih.hu), or to the authority in your own country.
Children
This site is written for adults and does not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

We update this page when anything changes and show the date at the top.
